An excellent find while walking the dogs. Great food, excellent service from very friendly staff and all in all a chilled atmosphere. Worth the walk from the wheel. Loved their dog photo wall which we had a couple of pics taken for our 2. Would go again next time in the area. Recommended

Delicious breakfast - full breakfast was amazing and my daughter loved her pancakes with stewed apples and berries. Staff, as always, were happy, friendly and attentive.

Wonderful views from the outdoor seating patio of hills and fields. So peaceful. Ideal for dogs and walkers. The menu is substantial with colourful ,delicious options. Love the add on extras which are generous and imaginative. So hard to select as it's all so tasty. Desserts are so good. Try the berry meringue with coulis and cream. Loads of hot drinks options as well as lovely beers and wines. The staff are so attentive and friendly. Very short wait for drinks and food freshly cooked. A definitive favourite. Well done chef.

Canada Wood is a fantastic spot with incredibly friendly staff and delicious food. I always enjoy coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone. It’s also dog friendly, which is a big plus! After a tasty meal, you can go for a lovely walk and enjoy the stunning views. Perfect for a relaxing day out.

Had a great night for my wife's birthday party. So pleased that Rebecca (Manager) and staff got us in and fed this close to Christmas. The food is good, the service excellent and the setting is beautiful.

Food was to die for!! Highly recommend the sunday roast or the steak pie THE GRAVY!! or even the macaroni!! The smoked cheese is a great touch couldn’t fault the place! Staff so attentive and welcoming and nothing is ever too much hassle! You really out did yourself! Thanks for having us, we’ll be back!! x

One of the best parts, especially for those driving in, is parking. There's ample space available, and it’s free, which adds to the overall convenience. The car park is well-maintained and just a short, pleasant walk to the café. It made the entire visit hassle-free and enjoyable right from the moment we arrived. We ordered different varieties of brunch options and lunch. Lovely. I've not been for a few years, but a friend suggested meeting here. The breakfast menu was good with plenty of variety, with prices that were reasonable. The food arrived quickly & was delicious... clean plates all-round.
